If we detect or have reasonable grounds to believe you operate multiple accounts, we reserve the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets, cancel all bonuses, and confiscate all funds across those accounts. This restriction applies per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.

All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000, and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Once a deposit limit is activated, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for 24 hours (decreases take effect immediately). You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party bank accounts, e-wallets, or credit cards are strictly prohibited. If we detect third-party deposits, we reserve the right to freeze your account, return the funds to the source, and require additional verification before reinstating your account. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and fraud.

To comply with anti-money-laundering regulations, all deposits must be wagered at least one time (1x turnover) before withdrawal is permitted. For example, if you deposit Rp 1,000,000, you must place at least Rp 1,000,000 in total bets before requesting withdrawal. Most bonuses carry wagering requirements (also called "rollover" or "playthrough" requirements) that specify how many times you must wager the bonus amount before it converts to withdrawable cash. For example, a Rp 1,000,000 bonus with 10x wagering requires Rp 10,000,000 in total bets before the bonus and any derived winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements vary by bonus type and game category:
Bonus abuse is strictly prohibited. Activities that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements (such as betting both sides of a match), colluding with other players, or any pattern of play that indicates the bonus is being exploited rather than used for genuine entertainment. If we determine that bonus abuse has occurred, we reserve the right to void all bonuses, void associated winnings, and close the account. In cases of systematic bonus fraud, we will report the matter to appropriate authorities.
All bets placed through maje46 services are final and cannot be canceled once confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure that all bet details (stake amount, selection, odds) are correct before confirming the bet. maje46 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious errors, including but not limited to: clearly incorrect odds resulting from technical glitches, bets placed after an event has already started (for pre-match markets), or bets accepted due to system malfunction.
Sports betting at maje46 is governed by detailed sport-specific rules published in our help center. Key principles include:
All casino games offered by maje46, including slots, live dealer games, and table games, operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live streaming technology from licensed providers. Game-specific rules, paytables, and RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published within each game. Malfunction of any game voids all plays and payouts for that round. If you experience a disconnection during a live casino round, the round will be completed by the dealer and the result will be settled based on the completed hand.

Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or bet placed) for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000, deducted from the account balance. If the balance reaches zero, no further fees are charged. You may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and contacting customer support.
If you wish to close your account permanently or temporarily suspend access due to responsible gaming concerns, you may do so through our self-exclusion tools or by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion periods can be set for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account, place bets, or receive marketing communications. For permanent account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method after all pending bets are settled.
All content on the maje46 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and audio/video content, is the property of maje46 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or use any content from maje46 for commercial purposes without our express written permission. The maje46 name and logo are registered trademarks and may not be used without authorization.
To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law, maje46 and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of maje46 services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from your use of maje46 services shall not exceed the amount of deposits you have made to your account in the six months preceding the claim.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of maje46 services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia. Before initiating legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact our customer support team to attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. maje46 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via email, account notification, or prominent notice on our website. Continued use of maje46 services following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should discontinue use of maje46 services and close your account.
